Generally, the lower level of the right kidney is selected as the puncture point. With the puncture point as the center, the skin on the back is disinfected and sterile towel is spread. Sterile B-ultrasound puncture probe imaging, local anesthesia with 1-2 percent lidocaine. Take a 10cm long intracardiac injection needle and puncture the renal capsule vertically from the puncture point, and inject a small amount of local anesthetic.

Insert the puncture needle vertically into the renal capsule, observe the movement of the upper and lower levels of the kidney with breathing, and when the lower pole of the kidney moves to the best position for puncturing, let the patient hold his breath, and quickly puncture the puncture needle into the kidney for 2-3 cm. Pull out the puncture needle and instruct the patient to breathe normally.

Check whether the kidney tissue is obtained and measure its length. After observing more than 5 glomeruli under a dissecting microscope, send light microscope, electron microscope and immunofluorescence. If there is no kidney tissue, the above steps can be repeated. Generally 2-3 times is appropriate.
